1. Introduction

Welcome to Teqn. By accessing our website and purchasing our technology products, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

2. Payments (Oman)

We provide localized payment options for our customers in the Sultanate of Oman:

• Cash on Delivery: Available for Muscat and interior regions.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Orders are processed upon receipt of the transfer screenshot.
• Stripe: Secure processing for all major Credit/Debit cards.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our Muscat hub. Delivery typically takes 24-48 hours within Muscat and up to 5 business days for other governorates.

4. Returns & Refunds

Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days. For COD orders, refunds are processed via Bank Transfer only.

5. Intellectual Property

The Teqn logo, website design, and product imagery are the exclusive property of Teqn and protected by Omani Intellectual Property Laws.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the Royal Decrees of the Sultanate of Oman. Any legal proceedings will be held in the courts of Muscat.
