Return Policy

1. 14-Day Return Guarantee

At Teqn, we stand by the quality of our tech. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for a Valid Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please verify that your item meets the following criteria:

• Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.

• Complete Accessories: All manuals, cables, and promotional gifts included in the box must be returned.

• Condition: The product must show no signs of usage, scratches, or damage.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide your Teqn Order ID or the invoice received at delivery.

[!NOTE] Exclusions: For hygiene and security reasons, items such as in-ear headphones (opened), software, and used consumables (like printer ink) cannot be returned unless they are defective.

3. How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our Muscat support team at support@afs-om.om or WhatsApp us at +968 79181988.

2. Provide Details: Include your Order ID and photos of the item you wish to return.

3. Pickup/Drop-off: Within Muscat, we can arrange a courier pickup (fees apply).

   • Outside Muscat: You may be required to ship the item to our central hub via a local courier.

4. Refund Methods

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund based on your original payment method:

• Stripe (Credit/Debit Card): The refund will be sent directly to your card. It usually takes 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank account.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) & Bank Transfer: Refunds for these orders are issued via Direct Bank Transfer. You will be asked to provide your Omani IBAN and account details. We do not offer cash refunds at the door.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is "Dead on Arrival" or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
