Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

Teqn provides reliable delivery services across the Sultanate of Oman. We categorize our shipping into two main zones:

• Muscat Governorate: Fast, direct delivery to your doorstep.

• Other Governorates (Interior): Reliable shipping to all major cities, including Sohar, Salalah, Nizwa, and Sur.

 

2. Shipping Times

We aim to get your tech to you as quickly as possible.

• Within Muscat: 24 to 48 hours for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

• Outside Muscat: 2 to 5 business days.

• Note: We do not deliver on Fridays or Public Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

 

3. Shipping Charges

• Muscat Delivery: Free delivery for orders over OMR 20. A small fee of OMR 2 applies to orders below this amount.

• Rest of Oman: Flat rate of OMR 3.500 for all orders.

• Large Appliances: Special handling fees may apply for bulky items like washing machines or large TVs. These will be calculated at checkout.

 

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

To ensure a smooth COD experience:

• Verification: Our team or courier partner will call you to verify the location and timing before arrival.

• Payment: Please have the exact amount in Omani Rials ready. Delivery agents may not always carry change.

• Refusal: If an order is refused at the door without a valid reason, Teqn reserves the right to restrict future COD privileges for that account.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched from our Muscat hub, you will receive an SMS or Email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through our website or the courier partner's portal.

 

6. Installation (For Large Appliances)

For customers in Muscat, we offer free installation for specific appliances (e.g., CCTV, Video Intercom, Smart Home Systems, TVs, and Home Theater systems).
