Refund Policy
1. Return Period
At Teqn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 15 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
Non-returnable items include [e.g., opened software, hygiene products, customized items, or installation, termination & configuration].
3. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Stripe Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original credit/debit card used during checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your statement.

Cash on Delivery (COD) & Bank Transfer: Since we cannot refund cash directly to your door, refunds for COD or Direct Transfer orders will be issued via Direct Bank Transfer to your Omani bank account. You will need to provide your IBAN and account details to our support team.
4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), Teqn will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees to our hub in Muscat.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@afs-om.com.
