1. Accepted Payment Methods

At Teqn, we provide multiple ways to pay for your technology to ensure a convenient shopping experience:

Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe): We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All transactions are processed through Stripe's secure gateway, ensuring your sensitive data is encrypted.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders delivered within the Sultanate of Oman. You can pay our delivery agent in cash at the time of receipt.
Direct Bank Transfer: You can transfer funds directly to our Omani bank account. Your order will be processed once the payment is verified.

2. Currency

All prices on our store are listed in Omani Rials (OMR). If you are using an international card via Stripe, the final amount will be converted by your bank at their prevailing exchange rate.

3. Payment Security

Your security is our priority.

Teqn does not store your credit card details on our servers.
Our website is protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that all data passed between our web server and your browser remains private and integral.

4. Direct Bank Transfer Instructions

If you select "Direct Bank Transfer" at checkout, please follow these steps:

Transfer the total order amount to the bank details provided in your order confirmation email.
Include your Order ID as the payment reference.
Send a screenshot of the transfer receipt to sales@afs-om.om or via WhatsApp to +968 79181988 for faster processing.

5. Order Verification

To prevent fraud, Teqn reserves the right to request additional identification or verify payment for high-value orders. If a payment is flagged as high-risk, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

6. Billing Information

Please ensure that your billing address and contact information match the details on your payment method to avoid delays in processing your order.
