1. Accepted Payment Methods
At Teqn, we provide multiple ways to pay for your technology to ensure a convenient shopping experience:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders delivered within the Sultanate of Oman. You can pay our delivery agent in cash at the time of receipt.

Direct Bank Transfer: You can transfer funds directly to our Omani bank account. Your order will be processed once the payment is verified.
2. Currency
All prices on our store are listed in Omani Rials (OMR). If you are using an international card via Stripe, the final amount will be converted by your bank at their prevailing exchange rate.

4. Direct Bank Transfer Instructions
If you select "Direct Bank Transfer" at checkout, please follow these steps:

Transfer the total order amount to the bank details provided in your order confirmation email.

5. Order Verification
To prevent fraud, Teqn reserves the right to request additional identification or verify payment for high-value orders. If a payment is flagged as high-risk, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
6. Billing Information
Please ensure that your billing address and contact information match the details on your payment method to avoid delays in processing your order.
